Step 3: Meet regularly for support and strategy

Each session gives us space to work through whatever ADHD is throwing at you that week — whether that’s a logistical mess, emotional overwhelm, or an unhelpful thought spiral. Sometimes we focus on planning and follow-through. Sometimes we untangle mindset blocks or find new ways of seeing a problem. Either way, you’ll walk away with more clarity, more confidence, and less chaos.
